    Can't download my digital copy of rocket league on second Xbox?


    so I bought my son an Xbox for Christmas. We currently have one in our living room as well. I went on his and put my account so he could use my Xbox live and tried to download rocket league. I couldn't find it in the downloads screen under games and apps.
    I went to the store and it's saying $19.99? I've already bought it on my account and don't know why it won't let me download it onto another Xbox...

    I signed up for the Rocket League Promo for the 3 month xbox live purchase in June

    In June, I saw a twitter post regarding a free copy of rocket league with the digital purchase of 3 months of xbox live on the dashboard. I purchased three months of Gold expecting Rocket League as well and I still have not received my game code. Thank
    you for any help you may provide in clearing up this situation.

    Yea I did that when I realized you could only have 1 Xbox set as the home Xbox. I just can't figure out how to get the game downloaded even when I use my account.

    To clarify, how do you own the game? Digitally or via a Disc? If you own the game digitally on your account you should be able to redownload the game from the Ready to Install section on the console.

    To clarify, how do you own the game? Digitally or via a Disc? If you own the game digitally on your account you should be able to redownload the game from the Ready to Install section on the console.

    Thank you, but let's assume I buy another copy of Rocket League, but not another Xbox Live subscription. When he signs in as himself on my xbox, he will be able to play his copy of Rocket League but how will Xbox Live work?

    Rocket League is going free to play on all platforms...

    Does this mean when Rocket League is removed from the game pass, I will have my xbox rocket league account the same, or will i need to reinstall it...

    And if it is free to play can my friends who dont have rocket league start to play it by downloading it on the MS store?
