Can't download my account

I had the code 80151901 and on the forum some one said to delete and relog my account. But now it says Can't download to Xbox live Select test connection to troubleshoot your connection. But there it says I do have internet. I think it's really irritating
to have to deal with this over and over again but now I can't even relog.

Can't download my account.

Whenever I try to download my old account to recover games for the 360, it gives me a message saying "Sorry, we cannot download you account at this time. Code: 80070428." Can anyone help me with this?

account not permitted to download content with a certain rating?

i download dragon age 2 on the website and im on a family plan and i can't download dragon age 2. so my boyfriend, he's the one with the head of the family plan changed me to the adult plan, and still i can't download. so he changed all the setting and still
can't download. but im an adult. why can't i download dragon age 2 for my in game item. but on was on a child's account thing first before my boyfriend changed my account to adult. i didn't even knew i was on a child's account.

Sorry to hear it. Please go to Settings>System>Storage and press Y for options then select Clear Cache 3 times then restart the console. Hopefully you should be able to download the tag after that.

I can't download dead space to my xbox one either. Not on the console or on the website and I have a card registered to my account. It just says can't download at this time

I checked all my account information and deleted my account so I could redownload it and it will start the download and then tell me "sorry downloading profiles is current unavailable" so now I can't even download my profile. What is happening? I can't even
play my purchased games now, this is getting ridiculous.

My account is US and I did download it but it just said Can't Download and it was just 3% complete
