Can't download my account on Xbox 360

No. Would my account still work on the 360 if I originally created it on the xbox one? Can't download the game from the xbox one so would have to use the 360.

I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

This happened to me the other day.... lucky I have 2 Xbox 360s.

It randomly started working again like 2 days later.

One kept saying that there was no connection to xbox live but to the internet.

The other would connect no issue.

Just wait it out, i have a feeling Microsoft are probably slowly closing down 360 serves around the world and it's causing issues.

Only time will tell if I'm right.
