Can't download movies on Xbox 360

I have movie purchases on my Xbox 360 account and I got a new movie yesterday an Anime Yugioh Bonds Beyond Time but I can't download any of them because I'm getting the download error can't get licences needed how do I get my licences for all of the purchases
that I have including the anime movie for my Xbox 360 my Gamertag is Superboy1 I can play the movies I have but can't download them

I followed the steps carefully, twice, but it was ultimately unsuccessful.

After I downloaded my profile and restarted the app, a message appeared:

"You last played this on another console. The game or app will restart and use your saved info from the other console."

When the app restarted and I again tried to download a movie, the same (original) error message appears.

Try resetting your xbox, If that does not work try contacting xbox support

Hi Sally, no I've tried all suggestions posted on this website to date, without success.

I'm assuming Microsoft are aware of the problem by now so I'm awaiting their fix.

Still no solution that I'm aware of. There are now several other threads about the same problem.

Are members with "Ambassador" status actually Microsoft employees, or is it a case of Microsoft outsourcing support to their customers? And why is it that nobody can say what causes status code 80C90010 to be generated?

Further, as others have noted, testing the Xbox Live connection flags a Service Alert, yet when you go to the website there are no alerts current. Possibly this is another manifestation of the bug. I suspect that when the Movies & TV app was updated, it
broke something for Xbox 360 users.
