Can’t download minecraft jurassic world adventures add-on.

We’ve purchased the Jurassic World Adventures add-on from Marketplace but when I try to download it, it starts to download but then sits and doesn’t progress.

I’ve cleared the cache.

There is enough space on the Switch.

I’ve restarted the Switch.

I’ve tried while logged in to my MS account and while logged out.

Sometimes I get an error saying there’s a problem with Marketplace and to try again later.

Note: If you haven't tried clearing the cache of your Nintendo, please follow these steps instead: Select System Settings > System > Formatting Options > Reset Cache. Select the user, and then please select Reset to confirm.

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum,I apologize for a delay in response.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with downloading the add-on. Just to clarify, did you clear your Nintendo Cache or Minecraft Marketplace cache? If it's the Nintendo cache, please do try clearing the Minecraft Marketplace cache and see if that will help.

1. Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Storage.

4. Select Clear Marketplace Cache.

After this, please do check if you will get the same error when downloading the add-on. If the issue will persist, please do try to connect your Switch to a different network and see if the issue will persist. You can use hotspot.
