I can't download my Microsoft profile on my xbox 360. Every time i try, it says that there's a problem with my credentials or that my password didnt work. Is Live not supported on 360 anymore???

I reset the password, but it didnt help. Also, does resetting the console delete data? I dont want to lose my achievements and items. I had an offline profile on the console for a long time, and i dont want to lose anything.

You my need to reset your password when is it telling you that your credentials are incorrect it is actually telling you that your password does not match your account

Hello iisadumb,

Xbox Live is still supported for Xbox 360. I would try resetting your Microsoft account password which can be done here. If the problem persist, I would recommend
hard resetting your console.

Same problem tried to connect to live on 360 cant followed steps and now xbox profiles cant be downloaded at this time.
