    Can't download Microsoft Account profile on Xbox 360


    I got a used Xbox 360 and I'm trying to download my profile but it stops me with the error:

    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem.

    80150016"

    My log in info is fine and it also gets to the screen that lets me choose which profile to use (choice between one acc I don't use, and one I'm trying to use) but after selecting it gives me the error above. I've tried the clear cache 3 times method I saw
    here but that didn't work. I can log in just fine on the companion app and trying to play PC games works fine with it.

    Double check on your information used to download the profile. If necessary, reset your Microsoft account password and try again. The Xbox 360 has a limit to passwords, so make it under 16 characters.
