moved to 2 % not downloading at full speed

back to 0% on L.A Norie after putting it on download again ... (download stopped again Auto) still haven't touched anything but download again button and looking at progress bar in active downloads .

it was nice to have 2% for like 10mins

it keeps stopping download now every 5 to 10mins pretty random around that time .. don't understand since i just spent 1hour downloading a totally different game and manage to download with some difficulty (5 d/c) .. but l.a Noire seems to disconnect a lot
more frequently. and like i said the % bar .. has only moved to 2% today and im back to 0% again... don't understand .. just did a check on everything again ... logs internet / everything .... just haven't cleared the cache this time around or turned off console
yet (haven't turned off yet since i downloaded max Payne and have hard drive room)

i need some feed back from someone else whom as recently downloaded this game in Australia to confirm that im not going crazy

Hello Bethany,

Sorry about the issue with downloading the app. Are you downloading this on an Xbox One or on a PC? If on an Xbox One you can try

troubleshoot game or app install. Also you can try
Power Cycle console, once you power cycle then go straight to store and try to re-install app.

It's an xbox 360 and yes it doesn't help--any other ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. Since this is on an Xbox 360 I would recommend for you to go over our troubleshooting steps provided on our article:

'Xbox Live content won't download on your Xbox 360 console'

Also, we have this article in regards to troubleshooting apps:

If neither of these solutions resolves the problem, look for app-specific information at

Xbox 360 Apps support.

Trying many times to download, however on 80% download stop with message: "Can't download". Are any issue for this error?
