Can't download message

Discus and support Can't download message in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased Hitman Absolution and keep getting a "Can't Download message.     I purchased Hitman Absolution and keep getting a "Can't Download message. This also happens with The Witcher 2

    It's an xbox 360 and yes it doesn't help--any other ideas?

    Can't download message

    delete just your profile and clear system cach 3 times then download your profile and download the games it should work then

    system settings go to the hard drive dont click it but push y to clear system cach then do it 2 more times

    Hello Bethany,

    Sorry about the issue with downloading the app. Are you downloading this on an Xbox One or on a PC? If on an Xbox One you can try

    troubleshoot game or app install    . Also you can try
    Power Cycle     console, once you power cycle then go straight to store and try to re-install app.
