Can't download Master Chief Collection.

I've been trying for two days to download this game and have gotten nowhere. I've honestly tried everything that's been suggested to me so far. If I try downloading through the MS Store, the Install button is non-responsive, it does nothing except temp pause
the video playing in the background. If I try through the Xbox (Beta) app, it errors out as soon as the download starts, giving me 0x00000001 error. If I try through the Game Pass Mobile app, it just queues it up but never actually downloads anything, it just
stays on queued. I'm pretty sure this is the *only* game that I'm having issues with, too. I downloaded Enter the Gungeon and Zoo Tycoon through the Xbox (Beta) app with no issues whatsoever.

I've tried everything that's been suggested to me. I've tried resetting the MS Store with wsreset, I've tried logging in and out, restarting PC, I've tried reinstalling Gaming Services through powershell, I've tried installing to different hard drives, nothing
seems to do anything. I'm at my wit's end at this point because I signed up for Game Pass specifically to play Halo and now I'm blowing my subscription time just trying to figure out how to play it. Is there anything that I've missed somehow? Does anybody
out there have *any* suggestions left for me to try?
