Can't download latest update MGSV:TPP

Hello everyone,

First, sorry if I make any language mistake, Englsih is not my native language.

So I bought a online copy MGSV TPP nearly 1 year ago, but since quite some time I've been unable to play a 59.99€ game due to the latest update being "undownloadable" for me at least.

Then, I made the mistake of looking in the support section of xbox.com, then I tried every options which concluded in me being unable to even play it even offline because I was told to uninstall it then redownload it knowing that I have to be online while
the game is runing to fully install it.

To recap everything: (can't update the game => can't go online => can't install the full game)= Can't play the game

445E - 0000 - D080 - 0200 - 8007 - 000D

Apparently this doesn't exist, but I remember that last time I checked it told me to do the same things, so I may uninstall then reinstall the game if I get crushed down by a tree.

I hope to be helped faster by Xbox than by Konami... it has been 98 years and I did not get any response. Thank you in advance to anyone that wishes to help me.

MGSV: TPP Update Data Ver 1.10? Give that a shot and let us know if that helps out! If the issue persists, please let us know if you see an error code such as 0x00000000 so we can further narrow down. Thanks!

This is about to be a huge game I'm putting this at at least 3 discs.

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the game, I understand your frustrations.

Seeing as you invested a lot of time and effort into this issue, mind trying the following things?

1. Power Cycle - Instructions here: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console.
Press and hold the Xbox Logo on your console for about 8-10 seconds until the console shuts off.

See if you can download it now. If not,

2. Remove and re-add your account. Instructions here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

If it still won't download,

3. Make sure the game is uninstalled (including saves and DLC). Then, factory reset your xbox (make sure you select "Reset and keep my games & apps")

After this, try reinstalling the game.
