    Can't download KOTOR. Purchased and can't download


    I have purchased this and I have yet to be able to download. I have cleared the cache, rebooted, and deleted the download. It always says the file is corrupted.

    I have the same problem with KOTOR 2. When the download hits 80%, it jumps to 100 and says "can't download KOTOR 2". I tried it again and the same thing happens.

    "Can't Download Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" on 360

    Recently I purchased SW Kotor from 360 marketplace . Download goes to 80% then it gets error "Can't Download Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" and leaves 3,8gb corrupted file on hdd. I have tried to download it again many times also with deleting corrupted
    file and clearing cache or even re-download my xbox profile. Still getting same error. Any advice?

    Hi there,

    It seems like you have tried quite a few steps already, but I would recommend a full power down of the console followed up by a reboot as I don't see that listed yet, and many times this will resolve the issue :)

    I don't know much about your problem but I can just tell you to check what the game is for, like xbox one or xbox live.

    One thing it could be is a region lock. In order to download it, your account region would have to match your physical location and you would have to be in a region where the game is available.

    If that is not the issue, you would want to contact support for a refund. There have been several people reporting the same issue lately. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
