    What exactly is your Xbox console model?
    May I know the error code or error message you get there when you tried to download the game?
    Are you able to download other games?

    And its also because he bought his xbox off someone else and they bought it now there not awnsering for the password and hes trying to call Microsoft and they either dont answer or they take to long
