Can't Download July Game with Gold

I've been trying every couple hours to download the July game with gold but to no avail. When I try to get it on my Xbox, it says I need to get a gold account but when I follow the link as if I'm purchasing a gold account it tells me I already have one.
My only other option is to purchase it on the console (screw that...) When I try to get it on the computer it'll either A) say loading up in the top corner where my profile should be and not even let me click the purchase link, or B) load my account, but when
I click purchase it gives me an error screen. It never gives me an option to download free since I'm a gold member. Either this needs to be fixed before the offer expires or I want a free download code so I don't miss out on this.

Problem with Xbox Live Gold

Hi

I have Xbox Live Gold until July/2017, but isn't working.

I can't download the games "Free with Gold", I can't play online because I don't have the permission required.

Any help?

Can't download Games With Gold

Found the reason. You can't have two people login for whatever reason.

 

Sorry but the account your are posting with is a Silver account, not Gold. You would need to have a Gold membership in order to download the game. If you have added a Free Trial card please note that that is not a Gold membership and cannot be used to
get the free games.
