    Can't download jigsaw puzzles


    Hello, I tried posting this in the jigsaw forum, but with no success. I just posted again tonight. I chatted with an xbox support person, and after no success from trying any of the things she suggested, I am asking for your help here. She actually said
    maybe one of the ambassadors could help.

    I "purchased" another set of jigsaw puzzles with the gold earned, but couldn't find any downloads anywhere. She even suggested I uninstall and then re-install and even try to download again. I tried with no change. Can you help?

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.
