Can't Download/Install any games

Can't run those commands.

1. Close settings and all applications.

2. Click on the start menu, type Powershell in the search bar, when viewing Powershell, right-click on it and click Run as Administrator.

3. Then copy and paste the command below into the Powershell screen and press the Enter key:

Remove-AppxVolume C: [Enter]

Remove-AppxVolume D: [Enter]

Try installing some games again

If it persists, create a new user profile and try through it:

1. Press Windows flag key + R, type Netplwiz and click OK

2. Click Add, click Sign in without a Microsoft account (not recommended) at the bottom.

3. Then click Local Account.

4. As this new account will only be used to change the folder name of another account, so you can assign a simple name to the new one and not enter any password.

5. Click Finish

6. Then select the profile you just created from the list and click Properties

7. Click on Group Membership and select the Administrators(Administrator Group) option click Apply and OK

8. Test the new profile.

I was set to US where I live, changing it to Canada didnt help.

Close everything and go to settings>time and language>region and see if the region that is set is the same where you live.

If so, move to another region like Canada for example, and try to download a game again.

I can install games that dont open the xbox app like candy crush, but some links refer me to the xbox app and even starting downloads from there fails. When it starts preparing/downloading from xbox app, the windows store continues saying "install from xbox app" and doesnt give the stop square button like other apps.
