    Can't download Hexic on Xbox One


    Hello, I have Hexic on my 360 and I can't seem to find it in "Ready to Install" on my Xbox One, I'm also a preview member and I'm using the same account on both consoles, please help Can't download Hexic on Xbox One :)

    Can't download Hexic on Xbox One

    Hi RoY,

    this is probably because Hexic was on your drive when you bought your xbox.... which means its not tied to your account and therefore doesn't appear on your xbox one.

    To fix it head to
    this page    , sign in and 'buy it' - its free - it will then be tied to your account and should appear on your xbox one.

    Sorry to hear it. I too do not have Hexic on my Xbox One. This is because some consoles came preloaded with the Hexic game. If you did not originally purchase the game it would not be linked to your gamertag and would therefore not be available for backwards
    compatibility until you purchased it.

    Hexic HD usually comes already installed on your Xbox 360, which means it's not attached to any account like the other games you have. The game can be downloaded from the marketplace, so try downloading it first from the marketplace, and it should show
    in the ready to install section on your Xbox One.

    The only pre-installed arcade game on XBox 360 consoles is Hexic HD, which is also available as a free download from the Marketplace in case you deleted it.
