hello everybody about a month ago my dumb cat was parcoreing or however you spell it around the house and decided to do splash dive off my xboxwhile I was playing GTA 5 the game was ruined so I deleted everything but what I thought was my online character
and offline missions memory so I could use that storage until I get new Grand Theft Auto 5 but now I've just bought the game and I'm trying to download installation disk and it keeps cutting off saying the game was restarted due to a problem with the storage
device with a game data was installed Kurupt missing game data will be reinstalled please replace the storage device... I can only get to about three hundred megabytes before it cuts off on me every time I have no idea how to fix it I am like 20 minutes shy
of just starting over and deleting all my information on GTA 5

please help!

Cant download content

Ok good to know im not the only one here. I managed to get BioShock with no problem, but cant download GTA IV. , it starts, does 1% and then says "Can't Download GTA IV" I have plenty of disk space. content is not restricted and ive been able to download
it in the past.

My GTA 5 is not downloading, it keeps saying installation stopped whenever I try to install it again

One day when my friend deleted GTA 5 someone hit his Internet off in purpose, ever since he wasn't able to download GTA 5. I game share with him and ended up deleting GTA 5 but when trying to download GTA 5 again it got to 12% and said "installation stopped".
When ever I try to install the game again for about a minute it keeps changing from qued to installing but then says installation stopped again. I have tried all solutions on the Xbox support website but none of them seemed to work. Hopefully you can fix this
problem, thanks.

Try getting a usb drive, format it on the computer before using it on the console. Then move the other GTA5 files to the usb drive or to the Cloud and delete them from the hard drive. See if you can install the game then.

Hello. Faced with the following problem. my xbox 360 has damaged the acne disk gta 5 now the game constantly crashes and warns of drive failure. After sightseeing drive I found it a circular scratch. Is it possible to download the game disk from the network
and install or do I have to buy a new game. Thanks in advance

You do realize games require the internet to fully install right ?

Mosr games nowadays are.bigger then even.bluray disks.

You have to download day @e patches and installation files that domt fit on disks

With GTA 5 it's has online components and certainly online files.that MUST.be downloaded to install

Unless you are playing a xbox 360 game on an xbox 360

Xbox one and higher require.a patch to.be downloaded for.bc titles

I have a similar problem i asked but no one responded. here it is.I recently just bought GTA 5 in the game store and when I installed it and oplened it, there was an error and some moving pictures with a text saying Download I. The bottom left corner. Also,
I realized install packs 1 and 2 won't download at all and I can't download them because when I do, the download bar dissapears. And in the game files of the gta 5 game in my hard drive, 2 files called gtav-part0 and gtav-part1 have a yellow ! mark and both
say they are incomplete when I open them. I've been re installing GTA 5 but this problem keeps happening. WHAT DO I DO? Also, its not a disc. i got it from the xbox store.

In short you can install the game from disk as long as you have the disk and download and install addons and patches on any machine with your account

If they limited it to 1 machine then when you upgrade or login into a friends computer you can't use your account or game saves because you can't reinstall it due to the activation issue
