can't download gow2 to my xbox one

Well, previously in 2011, i bought digital version of gow2 for my xbox 360. In september, i bought gow: ultimate edition for my xbox one. I received all the codes for my xbox one and successfully redeemed them except gow2. The problem is when i want to redeem
the code, it says "you already own the game, can't use the code". However unlike other games ( i mean gow1, gow3 and judgement), i can't the gow2 under "ready to section" in " my games and apps" section. I contacted the customer service for help but the also
couldn't sort out my problem and advised me to contact this forum for further help. Hope it will be sorted out..

Key GOW 2 already redeemed

I bought the xbox one S GOW 4 Limited Edition, recieved my keys for all GOW but the GOW2 one is already redeemed, so i can't use it :/

How can i get a new one ?

 

Gears 2 problem

Hey guys,

i got exactly the same issue. I redeemed the GOW2 code on 19.11 an since then the game is not showing in my "Ready yo install" list.

I was just thinking about 1 reason, as friends of mine also can't download GOW2. Could there be issues with region lock ? I, and all of my friends which are experiencing the same issue are located in Slovakia.

Could you maybe check this? I know there were region lock issues with GOW2 DLCs in the past, but these were removed a few years back.

I got the same problem. GOW isn't showing in my game library although i got the digital edition. CS couldn't help me too. They just said they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
