Cant download Gears of War Judgment

Hi guys, i bought xbox live gold for 3 months and i want now download Gears of War judgment, but i cant, i start download, then approximately at 70 % game dissapear from my active downloads, then i downloaded it again, and again same problem, i dont know
why, i watched TV then i switched to hdmi and in my active downloads - nothing, really sorry for my bad english :/

I never recieved the code for play Gears of war saga and I have the gears of war ultimate, anyway I bought Gears of war 4 and its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war
3, please I need help asap

I received my Fallout 3 code on Oct 28 and after the update it doesn't work. Im in Japan right now so maybe thats the issue, however I had no problem downloading Gears of War 2 and Judgment but I cant download Gears 1 and Gears 3
