Same problem here with AC4 and Army of 2. GTA5 had the same issue but eventually it worked.

i had the same problem with AOT devil's cartel and now with mafia 2, my account is set as an US account but i actually reside in (South America - Paraguay). i Tried to migrate my account but i can't. In th account migration page, the Next button turns gray
and nothing happends.

For the army of two i get the region error on the console, i could start the download on the marketplace website but the downloaded file was corrupted (i tried about 5 times, deleted the cache and other steps)

For mafia 2 i get the region error on the console, on the marketplace says that a problem occurs and try again later.

What can i do? please help!!!

Thats because its not available in your region

Since you arenr in an xbox live region

The migration tool is only supposed to be usrd for actual xbox live regions

Since youbdont live in an xbox live region thete is no way to get triple a titles as most are region locked

For the best experience online your account region should always match your actual region

Guys try this when your download stops clear system cach three times restart your download before it says CANT DOWNLOAD unplug your xbox or just pull power cord from back.plug xbox back in and your download should start where it left off..well it worked
for me so just try it .it's a bit of a pain but at least you will get your game sooner or later...

can you be more specific please? you mean when i get the "can't download" message i clear the cache 3 times, then i don't delete the partial download or what? i just go to "download again", then pull out the cord on the xbox, and plug back in? thanks for
the help, will try this today, sure hope it works, don't know what else to do anymore.

Ok when your download stops..clear cach three times DON'T delete part downloaded file.after you've cleared cach start your download again then once it's on the active download unplug your xbox then plug it back in go to active downloads and your download
should start were it left off.it worked for me on army of two it took a couple of restarts but worked let us no how it goes

Clear cach one time when download stops I did say three times but got mafia downloading just doing it once Soz tried that many ways to try to download games.......anyways when your DOWNLOAD stops clear cach ONCE don't delete the part download file restart
the download when it goes to the active download screen UNPLUG your xbox so it goes completely off then plug back in and switch on go to active downloads and it should restart were it left of I have DOWNLOADED army of two and mafia this way

Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

That game is not available for the console. It would be downloadable either on a phone or PC.

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
