It states what your issue really is

Region locked content Doesnt transfer between regions

And actually incorrect regions can actually affect non region locked content

well i think its time to chuck in the towel cause microsoft dont seem to care even when gamers have desent download speed they still say its down to slow speeds yet everyones problems only started two month back

 

Maybe you should check with your isp then if you havent noticed the damned not everyones situation is the same most of this problem is sctually region issue.

Yours couldve been solved if you called your isp i dont know why you havent

It takes 5mins to fix a gateway issue they dont need to send a tech to test a line you need to tell them what is happening

If your speed is too slow that wouldve been an issue months ago

Unless your isp is throttling or something happened with a local node which case you needd to contCt ykur isp

They aint perfect.

Millions download without issue

Its the small few who have unique situations that have to troubleshoot

 

I personally had to contact my isp one or two times because of a node problem

Fixed first time with a hardreset

Second time the node knocked all my services offline snd i needed to be reconnected

 

If you looked at your own thread posting an offical virgin forums theree is an issue with virgin and all gaming services confirmed in your own thread by someone else whho uses virgin and the 1000s of users on virgin medias forum

Why dont you follow thw advice of virgin media and 1000s of users and fix your issue by calling them it is a known proproblem

 

It can take5nins or 2 days depending on what virgin has to do to fix your pronlem you spent 2 months runing in circles instead of calling to fix your issue

Latency and region errors are conteoled by international laws since the days of gta 1

 

If you actually look up your issue on virgin like so many people suggested you van see that gateway issues have been from the start of virgin media fibre related to all gaming services

Gateway errors occur because of a server issue

Why dont you contact your isp like everyone suggested

You can solve your issue

Xbox live will always have server status and people who dont follow the rules and try and get content they arent supposed to like us content in not the us

Thats why everyones situation is unique

You cant lump everyones problem because you dont know the source

Why dont you look at virgins website thousands have the same issue as you as many people pointed out to you

With troubleshooting always check your connection

Virgin with thwir long history with gaming services issues should be the first thing you check

 

Isp problems can be random i even had a gateway issue at my node i was knocked off the net oh wait it must be xboxes fault nope my perfect isp
