Can't Download Games

Hey, I've been having this problem for awhile contacted your support line about two months ago with this problem and followed all of the advice listed on Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. and still can't get it the games
I tried downloading are The Witcher 2, Borderlands: The Presequeal, and Sniper V.2. I've done them each one at a time and they get to about 2% then the message Can't Download (Game) pops up.

Any help or Advice would be appreciated.

Also, after deleting the content and before clearing the system cache, you might want to clear the marketplace cache under System Items (marketplace data and rights database).

Try simplifying the setup if possible and wire into the modem (not really applicable if using a wireless modem/gateway).

Can't Download game?!

I bought Soul Caliber 4 off the marketplace and i've been letting it download for about an hour or so.. 4.28GB is a fair ammount but it should've budged atleast abit to maybe 2% already. The download cancelled itself once or something like that once already
(I left it downloading, turned off my TV and went to get something to eat then came back and it wasnt on the active downloads) I restart the download and 20 minutes later it says "Can't Download Soul Caliber 4" WHY CANT IT DOWNLOAD?!

Yeah, so still no reply. April 28th... Guessing there is no fix even though all procedures to fix it have been taken. Either that or I'm cursed. Of course this is just a post to be a bump so I'm not forgotten but still.

try to keep download it with out deleting it. Do it over and over again and it will download a little at a time. well if its anything like my prob.

delete the downloaded file, clear cache 3 times, restart the download and wait on the dashboard doing nothing. it works for me every time

Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

That game is not available for the console. It would be downloadable either on a phone or PC.

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
