Can't download games

I've had this issue twice so far with downloading things on my Xbox. First was trying to download SSX a few days after it went free and then last night I tried to get Max Payne 3 on sale, it gets to sometimes 3 or 4 percent then drops to zero and back
to what it was and then says "Can't download (name of game)." Or it'll just stay on 0 and then say "can't download." I've tried clearing my system cache and deleting the marketplace data and looking for corrupted files. I don't know what the problem is, my
other devices are having issues similar as well so I don't know if it's just an Xbox issue or not. Please help me out, thank you very much.

Also, after deleting the content and before clearing the system cache, you might want to clear the marketplace cache under System Items (marketplace data and rights database).

Try simplifying the setup if possible and wire into the modem (not really applicable if using a wireless modem/gateway).

Can't Download game?!

I bought Soul Caliber 4 off the marketplace and i've been letting it download for about an hour or so.. 4.28GB is a fair ammount but it should've budged atleast abit to maybe 2% already. The download cancelled itself once or something like that once already
(I left it downloading, turned off my TV and went to get something to eat then came back and it wasnt on the active downloads) I restart the download and 20 minutes later it says "Can't Download Soul Caliber 4" WHY CANT IT DOWNLOAD?!

Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

That game is not available for the console. It would be downloadable either on a phone or PC.

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
support.microsoft.com/.../962228
