Cant download games with Xbox Game pass

Hello, I searched in French and I found nothing impossible to contat a support

I buy Xbox Game pass PC but cant download games (Metro Exodus, Football Manager 2019 and more)

I have the same issue except when i go to the store to download a games pass game it says i still have to join yet both of your links showed that i had Xbox game pass ultimate and i cant play or download any of my game pass games

i cant see the point of game pass nothing works right i cant download gears 5 it crap. good job it was free not paying for game pass

I cant use the normal xbox app, cuz I need to use the beta app to download the games from the game pass.

I'm not sure if this might help or not, but have you tried searching for those games in the Store and downloading them straight from the regular Store page, instead of the "Game Pass" tab or area of the Xbox app?

The first solution to change anything

The second I put C: \ Users \ NICOLA \ AppData \ Local and not work

But my problem "Error Code: 0x80070005" is just on (Metro Exodus, Football Manager 2019 and surely some other games)

I downloaded Hello Neighbor and ReCore without problem
