Can't download games with Ultimate Game Pass

EA is included with Game Pass Ultimate. Do you have that level of subscription? If not, that's why you can't download those games.

Game Pass Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass, and Game Pass for PC. So games downloaded from Game Pass will work the same as they do with standard Game Pass versus Ultimate.

Since Forza is a Play Anywhere title, you an download it on both the PC and console without needing Game Pass for PC or Game Pass Ultimate.

I have the game pass ultimate and I'm in the United States. It has already downloaded but it is saying that I'm to early. It has to be that they have having problems with the Game pass ultimate. I've been surfing the web for hours trying to find out why
I can't play.

They are playing on PC as well and with Game Pass Ultimate. I have Game Pass Ultimate and the game downloaded but cannot play with them because I did not download through the Microsoft Store?

Microsoft account website to check to see if the payment did go through? I would also suggest

removing your profile,
power cycling your console then re-adding your profile as a step to try.

If you still can't download the MCC, you may want to
Contact Support for further assistance.

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
  
• Step 2 : Select your Product
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue
  
  • Select – Call me back
