    I'm trying to download a game but it only gives me the option to buy the game. It says my gold subscription ended last year even though I'm in a family gold subscription that gets paid monthly. I've been playing games that require gold.

    Were you trying to download games for gold ? if so you can't download games for gold with Trial passes. The trails only allow you to play online and does not let you take advantage of games for gold or deals for gold. Can you still play online?

    Yesterday Xbox One Have a problem to install games from the store. Some users still have problems woth some games.

    I recommend to restart you console that should work!
