Can't Download Games With Gold, Even Though I Already Have Gold

So I already have Gold and its set to Auto Renew, but when I go to try and download any of the 'Games With Gold' it prompts me to pay for Gold? Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible, it's really annoying.

Can't download games with gold even though I have a gold membership

To anyone who can help,

I purchased a 12 month membership from the xbox store while I was subscribed for a 3 month membership about 4 months ago. When I did this it created 2 subscriptions instead of having one take the others place. I called xbox customer service for assistance,
very helpful by the way. The man I spoke to canceled the old subscription and set my account straight. Ever since then however, When I try to download games with gold the system perceives me to be a free member and tells me to purchase xbox live. I play online
games still so obviously my membership is still active and when I check my subscription status it says that I have a 12 month subscription.

Any advice?

Cannot download games with gold

Whenever i try to download a games with gold i get a message saying instalation stopped and when i try to resume the installation it says "Renew your membership to play this game" even though i already have xbox live gold.

3. It gives a error message that I can't play online because I need Gold Pass even though it's already Active on my acc.

Yes. Happens with all the games it just started with Gold with Your Friends. But now I cannot even initiate a download. Now it wants me to install Gaming Services even though it is already installed.

dirt3 is no longer available it ended Nov 15, though even then some of us were never able to download it or Dungeon Siege 3 (I can't)

if you don't extend your gold you will lose access to the games with gold, as they are only playable as long as you maintain you gold sub
