Cant download games through backward compability

I have an outstanding xbox one and trying to download xbox live gold games for xbox 360. But when i click download game an error message appears and tells me that i can't access this site right now. The reason is the change on my phone number. I am not using
my ex number now and trying to activate the new one.

While xbox resists on sending the confirmation code to my ex number i cant activate my new number and membership.

So xbox please give me my account back than i should be downloading my xbox 360 games. I missed dirt 3 at least i wish that i can download dungeon siege.

Cannot access backwards compatibility

I'm having trouble accessing the backwards compability function for my xbox one because I foud out that I can play xbox 360 games through this feature but I cannot find it do I have to download it

You need to reset your security options on the account site or any live site

This takes 30days

Or you can just simply login on a friends console and queue the download while you wait

It is indeed. Even all the discs which "weren't" backwards compatible started downloading right after i connected my console to the internet through a VPN after a restart. I still cant figure out what was broken/got fixed by connecting
from another county. Maybe you were right and they deactivated backwards compability in Germany...
