Cant Download Games or Apps

i get as far as a grey screen and a spinning circle. done a factory reset and made sure all my settings are set to download anything.

Can't download items on Xbox one

I have the same problem. I cant download apps or games from store.

But when I try to download a game or app from the "ready to install list" it works :/

hi i cant login to the xbox app and i cant download the app!

I cant use the normal xbox app, cuz I need to use the beta app to download the games from the game pass.

yeah did it, nothing changed and i'm not reinstalling windows again nothing has changed on my pc since i last played games on the xbox app and never had issues before now i cant open already downloaded ones and some apps i cant even download
