    Can't download games on Xbox app on PC


    When attempting to download a gamepass game on the Xbox app, the download will show download at 0% at 0/kbs. When I close the app the download will be gone, as if nothing happened. I've tried a bunch of things to fix it to no avail. I've tried to download the same game on a different computer with the same results. Occasionally it will show that mircosoft visual c++ 2015 uwp runtime package was installed when attempting to download the game, Some games I am able to download just fine. I've had gamepass since day 1 and never had issues til now.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    There is no solution it's exactly as you been told

    Gamepass cannot be shared on pc period HOWEVER JESSIE iS incorrect in a way

    Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

    SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app

    Then sign in as himself on the zbox app

    You can try to download in web browser on your PC/Smartphone, or using xbox app, there's some problems when you can't download 360 games on your Xbox One

    Okay after doing a 'routine' windows update and restarting the download seems to be continuing now. its at 2 Gb rn, fingers cross it'll make its way to the end. Will update here if all goes well.

    I have the exact same Problem on Win 10. Also did everything suggested in 10 similar cases. Its a new problem, which many struggling with.

    Also if I try to cancel download it does not allow me too. Cancelling it closes the download temporarily but then it instantly resumes.
