    Can't download games on xbox app on PC?


    Hello I just got the Xbox ultimate game pass yesterday. I've tried downloading two games so far: Gears 5 and Metro Exodus.

    However both games are stuck at 1% with 0B/s. Initially they would download quickly at 10+Mb/s. Then they would both stop at 1%. I've left my computer for ages(since last night) and they are still stuck this way.

    There is no solution it's exactly as you been told

    Gamepass cannot be shared on pc period HOWEVER JESSIE iS incorrect in a way

    Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

    SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app

    Then sign in as himself on the zbox app

    You can try to download in web browser on your PC/Smartphone, or using xbox app, there's some problems when you can't download 360 games on your Xbox One

    Okay after doing a 'routine' windows update and restarting the download seems to be continuing now. its at 2 Gb rn, fingers cross it'll make its way to the end. Will update here if all goes well.

    I have the exact same Problem on Win 10. Also did everything suggested in 10 similar cases. Its a new problem, which many struggling with.

    Also if I try to cancel download it does not allow me too. Cancelling it closes the download temporarily but then it instantly resumes.
