Can't download games in Xbox app

Everything I try just sits on 0%. I've tried resetting app and logging out and back but it doens't make any difference. I seem to be unable to cancel or pause attempted downloads as well, trying to changing the status to pausing or cancelling but it doesn't seem to change from there

Hi,

Does anyone know if this was fixed? I just experienced it a few days ago and can't download Netflix. Note this is the only app I can't download on Xbox. Tried other apps and games and they worki fine after deleting them and downloading again.

Hello, Gareth! Thanks for your reply. Kindly try to select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Gaming Services", stop the service and then start it back again.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have no pending updates and have uninstalled and reinstalled gaming services and my downloads are currently queued at 0% and not progressing
