    Can't download games from ms store


    So around june my pc updated, and I was unable to use my xbox app. I can't download or play any games get the error code: 0x00000001. I did the recommendations on the xbox site and got an error code: 0x80070002

    I am at my wits end. honestly debating on factory resetting

    Game pass for PC bugged.

    The problem is in the microsoft store. The Xbox app cannot see ms store. You will run all the games you have installed, but you will not download the game and application from ms store.

    Have you downloaded this game from MS store? Are you trying to use the game the downloaded or a mirror copy of the game?
