Can't download games and can't figure out why.

On Tuesday I tried to purchase on of the games on sale for Black Friday (Midnight Club: LA). It got 20% through the download, then randomly said it can't download it, when I try to continue the download it, it downloads to 100% within a few seconds, acts
like it downloaded the game (nothing on the active download screen) and then gives me a message saying it can't be downloaded. Whenever I try to download this game it does the same thing at 20%. I have tried deleting and redownloading my profile, deleting
my system update and reinstalling it, deleting my system update and reinstalling it via flashdrive, restarting the console, turning off the console and removing and reinserting the hard drive, clearing the cache on both the internal hard drive and my 250GB
removeable hard drive, and deleting the marketplace data file. I can play games online without lag, I downloaded an app and update for a game and it worked fine (telling me it's only an issue with downloading games). I have downloaded probably about 10 games
off the marketplace and have never had an issue until now. I contacted the Microsoft Support team and they said it can only be an issue with the game since we ruled out everything else (even checked to make sure the license to download and play the game transferred
over) and to try again in a couple days. Then on Thursday I tried to buy COD: Advanced Warfare and it did the same thing as the other game except now it stops at about 57%. I have run out of ideas, the support team has no idea what to do, and I have no idea
how to fix this. Is there anything else that I can try to get these games to download?
