    So I recently purchased 2 used xbox one games from gamestop. when I insert them into the xbox I cannot instal or load them, although the disc is in. All the games I normally play were bought online, and they work fine. I'm not sure what to do and I can't
    call xbox support because I recently changed my security information and must now wait a month before I'm allowed to call

    Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

    First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

    Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

    Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

    Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

    Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

    I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
