Cant download game

So today I went and got money on my account to download AS4. However upon purchasing the game it wont install. It just has 'installing...' On the games and app menu with no progression bar. Plus I know its not working properly as my memory available value
jumps between two different values.

no Im not having any internet connection issues my download speed and internet is fine, my 360 has no problems its just this.

Hi I just bought Bully and after I tried downloading it, it says that I cant download it. I have enough space in my hard drive and none of my setting stop me from downloading or playing M rated games. Any help would be great!

I'm having the same problem I purchased this game for 14.99 from the Xbox 360 marketplace but it continues to stop the download stating it cannot download

 

I'm having this same issue. I just got it with the free games for gold and when I dry to download it, it keeps saying "can't download". I hope that something is figured out soon. This is the only Assassin's Creed game that I've been wanting to try.

 

I'm having the same issue as Solmin Zerimon. Whenever I try to download either Assassin's Creed IV or the other free game from Live on my console I get the "can't download" message. And I have been trying every 2 hours and still no luck.

 

Oh, it's working now. It's downloading already...

 

same problem. got it for free, it fills up my xbox but does not ever download and when i first tried it,it was loading but then pooped out for no reason. realllyyy wishing this would fix because i really want to play this game.

 

I'm having the same issue I have been trying to download it since yesterday but it keeps saying can't download after it gets anywhere from 50% to 70% through. Everything on my side is good but game won't download. Every free game I have tried downloading
has the same problem. What can I do to fix this because I would really love to play Assassin's Creed IV.

 

Same thing for me too. I tried getting it but it won't download so I thought to cool down the xbox first as it may be over heating. Tried again the very next day and now the progress is now slower

 

I'm having the same issue. Doesn't even offer an error code. It's weird cause when I chek to see how memory its taking up it displays the full amount of the download but it won't show as available to play.

 

My download stopped at 75% and it won't start again. Once more I keep getting the "can't download" error message after a few seconds I try downloading it again.

 

I think I found the solution! When it exits you out of xbox live, enter again. It should still be downloading. If not, disconnect the thing to let you go online. After a few good seconds put it back in. Keep repeating this process until the download is complete.
It's currently working for me, I'm at 63% right now so if you compare this to my last post, you will see this takes a while. Be patient

 

Another word of advise, do not let anything else use your Internet connection. Other things using it will interrupt the connection and may make the installation slower. If you have a phone with a data plan, you can create a hotspot where other things can
use the Internet just by connecting to your phone's 2G 3G or 4G.

 

Try to go to settings go to storage devices and delete the thing that says incomplete download for assassin creed that is how I fixed it
