    Can't Download Game With Gold


    I am having trouble downloading the free game with gold; Mirrors Edge, it says that it requires a billing account, I have added my credit card and paypal but it still wont work. I have tried virtually everything I can think to do but nothing will work

    Found the reason. You can't have two people login for whatever reason.

    Can't download Games With Gold

    I have Xbox Live (Expires 11/2017) and I got to the Games with Gold on the Xbox 1. I click on the game (Evolve Ultimate Edition) and select the "Free* with Gold." When I click on it the system takes me back to the Games with Gold menu with the three games
    and other deals with gold.

    How do I download the game?

    Keep in mind your account region and actual region must match

    Also your billing option must match too

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Were you trying to download games for gold ? if so you can't download games for gold with Trial passes. The trails only allow you to play online and does not let you take advantage of games for gold or deals for gold. Can you still play online?

    Yesterday Xbox One Have a problem to install games from the store. Some users still have problems woth some games.

    I recommend to restart you console that should work!
