    Can't download game update


    my son has bought a copy (preowned) of garden warefare. When he tries to play the game it says there is an update required. It appears to download but then flicks back to same page saying update required. I have signed in to xbox live and I have enough storage
    space. What am I doing wrong?

    CAN'T UPDATE OR DOWNLOAD GAMES!!!

    when I wanted to update paladins it stopped at 0% and now it happens with every game and app I am trying to download or update!!!! please help

    Can't download game update

    Try to unplug the console from the electrical outlet, and plug it back in. (Forcing it to reboot). This normally fixes things like this.

    Does he have gold membership?

    Garden warfare is one of the few games that require you to be a gold member.

    As WormWood said it could be network speeds but it also could be connection to the sever as connection can be better at some times of the day than other ones depending on where you live :)
