Can't download game, Please help!

So, basically I got Grand Theft Auto V on a disc for my birthday a few months ago. It recently got laser burnt and it said I had to buy a new disc, so my stupid self I was impatient and bought it digitally instead of getting it resurfaced for a much less
cost. Now, my real problem is it will not download. I don't know if it's my internet which it shouldn't be because my Xbox is connected to an Ethernet cable and also I have my Xbox off, and yes, it does have background downloads on. It usually gets to 50-75%,
then the next time I turn it on to check it says the game is at 0% and after a minute it'll say, "Cannot Download Grand Theft Auto V". Anyone know anything? Please help because it'll make me feel worse if $60 went down the drain!

Hi, you certainly haven't wasted $60, try some troubleshooting to see if you can get it to work. First empty the system cache (do it 3 times), then reset your internet equipment (this can sometimes solve the problem), then restart your Xbox, and try downloading
the game again. Be aware you will have to download more packs when you start the game.
