Can't download Game Pass games on PC

I'm running Windows 11 Pro version 21H2, the PC has all the requirements needed for the games, enough storage, and a stable internet connection.

I can't download most of the games, for example, Forza Horizon 5 or Exo One but some games work perfectly fine, like Forza Horizon 4.

All Microsoft-related programs are on the newest version.

After clicking download, the Xbox app will show that the download is being prepared, but it never starts, as seen in the picture below, after a while the download will show the error code 0x87e00005.

I would be really thankful for every suggestion.

I have already tried:

reinstalling, resetting Microsoft Store app, XBOX app, Game Services, and completely reinstalling Windows

It would seem like a store problem. Try to check for any W10 updates and reset the store with the "wsreset.exe" command as explained above. Let us know!

On your hard drive, there is a folder called ''WpSystem'', take ownership of the folder and rename it to ''WpSystem.old'', save and try downloading the game again.

If the problem persists, follow this path, delete everything from the folder, restart your PC and try downloading the game again.

Windows > serviceprofiles > networkservice > appdata > local>microsoft > windows > deliveryoptimisation > cache >

That's just horrible, I can't understand why the Xbox game pass is so buggy on PC.

Same issue here, and same version 21h2.
