Can't download game in XBOX app

On browser it available to download my friend in same country can download but when it link me to XBOX application it can't be downloaded i already try to change country and back reset my PC and everything, there was no any error message only NOT AVALIABLE in application please help and i can load another game

Hi,

Does anyone know if this was fixed? I just experienced it a few days ago and can't download Netflix. Note this is the only app I can't download on Xbox. Tried other apps and games and they worki fine after deleting them and downloading again.

Hello, Gareth! Thanks for your reply. Kindly try to select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Gaming Services", stop the service and then start it back again.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Thanks for the reply. I have no pending updates and have uninstalled and reinstalled gaming services and my downloads are currently queued at 0% and not progressing
