Can't download game I bought.

I bought a game through g2a the code worked but i cant download the game. It shows up in my games on xbox.com., but, like i said, it won't download.

Sorry to hear it. Did you buy
Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

It is Fallout 3, and I get no option to download only to buy.

If you already redeemed the code, try checking your download history to see if it will download from there.

I do what I do with every game I own digitally. I go to games tab on my Xbox' dashboard, go to search, search for whatever game I need to download (that I bought), select it, and it always gives me a download option. except this time. it says buy instead
of download.

It almost sounds like the code didn't work. But you didn't get an error message when you redeemed it right?

No error message, it said it was accepted. I tried entering it again and it said it was already used, so I know I used it.

I kept checking dwnld history and it eventually showed up. Don't know why, maybe I just kept missing it.

I tried using microsoft edge, I get to the point where I enter my number then gives me 'Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question.'

Thanks for getting back to us today. By any chance have you tried doing this through a different browser to see if it will allow you to get connected to one of our live agents? Also have you tried choosing a different topic under the option ('Pick a
topic') when trying to
request a callback. I've noticed if you switch it around it gives you different options, give it a shot let us know if it allows you to set up the callback request.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty finding your game after purchase. Was the purchase made via the Microsoft Store while you were logged into the Microsoft/Xbox account that is associated
with your profile, or have you made the purchase using a different Microsoft account?

You can
check your purchase history on your PC or another device to confirm that it is in the correct account. If it is, then you may choose to download the game remotely to your console. Please make sure that your device is registered to your account should you
choose this option.

If you do continue to experience difficulty with the purchase being recognized, then I recommend that you request a call back from Xbox Support so that they may look into the matter directly. Sadly, we on the forums lack the tools necessary to assist more
directly with billing issues.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
