Can´t download game after redeem code

Hi there,

I just inserted my code via "xbox.com/redeemcode" and got the message "your game is now available at the store". But in the store I can´t find it for download or gaming. By trying to enter the code again in the xbox-app I receive the message "the code was
already redeemed". What do I have to do to download / install / play my already paid game? Could you please help?

Alan Wake DLC Currently Availible for Free

off topic a bit but I found out if you redeem a xbox code (ala alan wake) on the x1 it doesn't give you the ability to download it on the 360 kinda bsClick to expand...

i thought the 360 games were platform agnostic. no way of redeeming the code and then DLing it to the 360 after the fact??

Hi,

Ensure that you are signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to redeem the prepaid code for the game. To download and install a game on Windows 10, refer to the following steps:

Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.

On the Start screen, select the Store icon.

In the Store, select Games from the menu.

Look for the game and select Install to download and install it.

If the issue persists, check out this
page and perform the solutions provided.

So i redeemed the code after i redeemed it i went to download and it says you can play for now but you do not own this game buy to own

Can you clarify for me -- Did you previously redeem the code on your console to download FIFA 15?

Only after you formatted/updating your system the game was no longer visible in your game list? Is that correct? Or are you saying that you never redeemed the code but have since lost the card with the code on it?

I redeemed the dlc code for both games but it downloaded nothing. The dlc has not activated in my game even after I used the code.
