cant download from xbox live

Yesterday I received 2 Xbox live
game for free .Assasin Creed Black flag i download without any problem ,but Army of twoevil cartel i cant download.Shows
me that

available for your region, or the file is

corrupted,or we don't recognize the

format.

Need to put the Newest update available to download on usb on xbox.com

cant get console to download from xbox live on console need it available to download on usb

 

Halo reach weird problems

I cant download the Xbox Live game for gold, it is not showing up on my xbox, or in any part, i am from South Africa, and i cant download Halo Reach coz i cant find the tab to get it from ..... please help

 

You say your region is UK, but are you physically in the UK yourself?

 

no physically i live in other country.(bulgaria mom and dad work here).But as I read and in Germany also have such problems downloading just this game

 

Then that`s your problem, your physical location must match your console region.

You are lucky to have been able to download any of the other free games.
