    Can't download from the store


    I've been trying since last night (3/20) to download the Blue-Ray player from the store on my Xbox One S, but every time I go to install it I get a message that reads, "Please Try Again Later: There was a problem on our end." I wasn't sure if this was a
    problem specifically with the Blue-Ray app so I tried downloading a free game but got the same message. I haven't had this system for long so I don't have much experience with the store in the past (although I think I did get some avatar creator app when
    we first got it). I've power cycled and tried it from a couple different accounts but no change.

    My question is this: Is this truly a temporary issue on Microsoft's end? Has anyone else had this? Or does my system have an issue?

    Hello Nidhin_Felix, I'm glad you were able to solve the problem, if you have more than one account on the PC sometimes the App can take over the account that does not have the games, another way to check the game you own and log in with the account that bought the games in the Microsoft Store App, then go to Library and filter by games.
