Can't download from live

Hello guys. Has anyone having trouble to download xbox 360 games from games with gold for play xbox one?

When i click to confirm download, it appears a message that it couldn't process my request and i need to try it later.

I can't download games from Xbox Live!

When I go to download certain games on Xbox Live (Xbox 360), when it comes in 80% download stops and I get the message "unable to download -game name- ". I've tried everything, everything, and nothing solves the problem. Please, someone help me solve this

Which games are you trying to download and are you downloading them from the website or your Xbox one?

 

I'm having a problem downloading Dark Souls 1 from the preordering of Dark Souls 3. I went to download it and when i look in the download queue it wasn't there. Not sure what to do, someone please help or point me in the right direction.

 

i have the same problem like brfur1981. cant download the xbox360 game at all. On the other hand the xbox one games it's downloading.

I am trying for two weeks but no results.

 

To download triple a games like darksouls and yes its a confirmed game that is region locked

Your account region must reflect your actual region

To do this you must use the region migration tool found under settings on this site not the console

And change my region

Also note the xbox one region must also be changed or you will have a split billing issue and won't solve your problem

 

Xbox one games aren't majority region locked cent for the few titles that do have mandatory locks due to certain lWs

However 360 triple a titles are region locked

 

That's why you can download the xbox one version with no issues but due to the lock in the 360 version you do have go meet those requirements

 

i changed the region on xbox one console and in my account setting (i have migrated), also billing address is for the region i choose, still the same message "Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
