Can't download free gwg

I'm attempting to download the free games with gold from the console dashboard. Listed are Deus Ex: Human Revolution; Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition; and Zheros. Click on Deus Ex: Human Revolution and says $14.99 Purchase. Box to the right says
Free with GOLD Go Gold. That's the same with the KI and Zheros. Been at it over couple hours. Signing in and out. Rechecking. Restarted the console.

I even tried Sacred Citadel. Same situation. I don't want to miss out on the January gwg.

A couple days ago, I was able to download free the Witcher 2.

I'm able to play online. Under account management, says I'm gold through 3/1/2016.

What's the problem?

Dark Souls won't download.

Hi, I tried downloading Dark Souls since its free from GwG, but then it says that it can't download it. I have 49GB of memory left. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

No... Xbox Live is not free this weekend, multiplayer is. The free multiplayer weekend does not give you the option to download GWG for free.

You arent gold that's why

If you're are using a 48hour tor 14day trial that's why it doesn't change your status to gold only temporary multiplayer access

If you are using home gold

Only the primary accounts can use the website for gwg games

I don't have a solution, but just wanted to say it's not just you. I think it's problems and bugs on Xbox's end. I can't download or purchase (for free) the 360 backwards compatible games that are free this month on Games with Gold. I tried to get it on
the Xbox One and everything seems ok until I click to "Get" the free GwG game. Nothing happens. I keep pressing the A button over and over and nothing happens and I can't "Get" the game. I wind up backing out of it and not trying anymore. To me, they need
to either fix these issues so people can download the "free" GwG as advertised, or remove them from GwG. These bugs have been happening for months, and Xbox does not fix them or officially respond to all of the problems people are having with them. At what
point does it become false advertisement when you are advertising a free GwG game, but nobody can get it to download and winds up missing out on it when the time limit is up and it's removed from GwG?

Anyone know how to free a game from gwg, then download it again to make it "owned by my gamertag". Example: Limbo was a gwg title. Because I downloaded under gwg it shows as ready to install. I want to purchase it for free, that way if gold ever drops I
still own it. Is there some way to do that?

The game was once free on gwg or psn, can't remember, it was that boring and tacky.

I have started getting exactly the same message. I never have and never will register my CC with Microsoft. XBOne GWG can be bought and downloaded fine but 360 GWG Free games I get this error. I know you can't (and never have been able to) 'purchase'
360 GWG via the website so I always boot up my 360 just to purchase them. Now I can't even get them via my 360! It has effectively halved the GWG I can get with my Gold subscription.

What gives Microsoft!?
