Can't download Free Games on xbox 360 market with Gold from console nor PC

I have ran into issue in last month and still can't figure out anything. I am able to get Xbox One free games but not 360 Free games. Market says:

"Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

And this error is keep getting all the time, even from xbox.com on PC. I have already missed free 360 game in September and now I will miss October too.

My Xbox Gold subscription is active until 23/10/2016

Can't download 'Free' Games with Gold

Hi

I am the parent profile on xBox 360 & my son is the child profile. I loaded a Gold voucher onto his profile to enable him to play live games like MInecraft as well as get the 'free' games with Gold. When I log in on my PC I am able to see that the games
are available from both of our profiles but can't download it from either of our profiles on my Windows PC - I get an error from both profiles saying I have to download it from the xBox consol. However I can't find the games anywhere from either of our profiles.

Please advise what the process is to successfully download the 'free' games with Gold.

Can't download games

So I'm trying to download one of the new free games with gold, Bayonetta. I can't download it using the Xbox one market place because it says I can't make purchases from Xbox.com so I'm trying to use me 360. My 360 doesn't have enough memory to even start
downloading bayonetta, so it won't even put it in my ready to install for Xbox one. Any fixes?

 

To claim a 360 game part of backward compatibility for xbox one, you need a valid method of payment linked to your account. Even if the game is free with gold a purchase of 0,00$ will be registered under your account.

 

Well I have working payment option on my account, I am buying games on xbox store without problem, I came onto this problem only on free games for xbox 360 with backward compatibility recently.

 

If you have a child account, you will need to purchase these games from an Xbox 360 console. If you do not own an Xbox 360, create an adult account and share the Xbox Live with that account and download while signed in to the new adult account.

 

One note.the home gold doesn't not affect xbox 360 we marketplace or the 360

So they will need their own membership for it to work

 

I am looking at your replies but still have no idea how to fix it. Free gold purchases were working from June 2016 when I bought Gold first time from both marketplaces, but it's not working from september, maybe something has changed in EULA?!

I own X-BOX One, not 360 and I have adult account, no child accounts.

 

Xbox one marketplace has different requirements then xbox 360

A eula update doesn't affect that

Since 360 games with gold requires different parents permissions and xbox one family settings rent compatible then no you don't have a choice you must use an adult account if you have a child account to download it

 

Same problem here. Also tried to purchase through adult account and it goes to charge my CC. Totally ridiculous and frustrating.

Same problem here now, trying to download Darksiders. Have been able to download everything else, but this one asks for an extra account. I have two valid accounts registered. Microsoft?

 

been trying to download logo Star Wars for about an hour now. It says I need a billing account set up, but I have two. Of them. This is beyond frustrating.
