cant download free game with gold D4

its not good ....previously it never asked ...and why you need a card details for free game

Error 80150017 Mafia 2 gold free !!! Why Microsoft?

After happend last month with Army of Two i cant download,and even if i pay xbox gold every month i cant download that free game, again this month another game Mafia 2 is region locked and i cant download because Microsoft dont care of Eastern Europe. Im
living on Belarus , Grodno. Its second month i cant download Games for Gold Free . Its super unfair for me, why they cant put free region? Dont exist solutions?

same here this has happened to me before come on microsoft the game is free why do we need a credit card

 

I have same problem :-( worms battlegrounds worked fine, why this no?! :-(

 

I contacted Support Chat this morning about this very issue, and was told that this is the way it has always been. I promptly told them that is not the case...

I wanted SSX for the 360 last night, via the website, and ran in to the "payment option" wall. The girl, (and her supervisor) told me that I just needed to add the card and remove it. Not on your life Microsoft!! After you have incorrectly billed me, charged
me for LIVE on auto-pay, when I specifically removed it from my account, and what about the whole FIFA hack/scandal a few years back?

I, also was able to get Worms without issue today, but D4 is giving me the error.

I have downloaded almost every free GWG offering on the One, and NEVER had to add a card. Two months ago, I downloaded Darksiders II via the site, and never had this popup...

What gives Microsoft!??!

I thought I was the only one who was having this problem. Looks like we're all in a Jiffy.

 

Have purchased Gold, it is not possible to download free games. Microsoft probably ignore us.

 

On MS Support they just said that I should get the game with a credit card and then remove the information. They said it is not intentional and GwG games shouldn't require a card, so at least no policy changes.

No information on how they will fix it or if they're going to do anything about it. I really hope it becomes available soon, not everyone own a credit card and some people are not willing to give out said information.

 

They do not fix it. People from two months have a problem with that.

 

You can ONLY remove a C Card ...IF you substitute it with another payment method ... ie ... another credit card or PayPal ..... its in the support guide .....

I would rather do without ...
